- Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer from us.
Following situations may arise:
1. Item was damaged during the Shipping
2. Products was / were missing.
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
- Buyer can initiate the return request within 3 days of receipt of the order.
- Customer needs to make a video and take the photos of the product while opening it which shall be asked to review their return request.
- Once your return has been approved, it shall be communicated to you via mail for further instructions.
- Our delivery partner shall pick up the product from you which shall be in its original packing.
- On receipt of your returned product, we shall process your refund within 7 days.
