We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
Buyer can initiate the return request within 3 days of receipt of the order.
Customer needs to make a video and take the photos of the product while opening it which shall be asked to review their return request.
Once your return has been approved, it shall be communicated to you via mail for further instructions.
Our delivery partner shall pick up the product from you which shall be in its original packing.
On receipt of your returned product, we shall process your refund within 7 days.
